Order Review & Verification. We may, at our sole discretion, hold, cancel, or require additional verification for any order we suspect may be high-risk or fraudulent. Verification may include AVS/CVV checks, address confirmation, or government-issued ID. If verification is not provided within the stated time, the order may be canceled and any payment released or refunded in accordance with processor timelines.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your contractual obligations. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using supporting evidence (order logs, IP/geolocation, delivery confirmation, communications). Customers who repeatedly or abusively file chargebacks may have their accounts suspended or future orders refused.

Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your bank, card issuer, and us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Shipping to Verified Addresses. For fraud prevention, we may limit shipments to the billing address or other verified addresses and may require a delivery signature for certain orders.
